Inspired by Maurice Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are, The Wild Within explored confronting the inner "wild things" found in each of us--conflicting feelings of chaos, order, fear, seduction, wisdom, innocence, and more. Filmy fabric pieces allowed for the creation of several different looks and reflected the mysterious twists and turns one's own mind and emotions can take in anywhere from 5 minutes to 50 years.
